"How Come She Doesn't Smile?"

Have you ever thought that your parenthood was being challenged when friends and family asked you "Why doesn't she ever smile in pictures?"

Uh - I don't know. Maybe because my kids are little people with their own little personalities like everyone else:) Also - the sun is in their faces - it's an amusement park!

Am I Too Old For Harry Potter?

I must admit. I'm in this weird stage of motherhood. I have 3 small girls whose televsion watching I censor like crazy -- so no one is yet old enough to go see Harry Potter movies. What's a mom to do?

I love Harry Potter movies. (I don't have time to read those long books:) And I want to see the latest one.

My girlfriends think I'm crazy:)

I don't know -- is it ever too late to appreciate a pre-adolescent masterpiece?
